The CARES Group is an accredited City and Guilds Training Centre with a professional Social Work Student Unit and a growing capacity to provide in house training. The Company is committed to a rolling programme of training for all staff including a thorough induction and appraisal system.

Staff ratios to young people are maintained at a high level.

Children’s Residential Services

The CARES Group introduced residential services in 1997. We offer Emergency Beds, Mother and Baby Assessment, Medium and Long Term placements for challenging behaviours. The beds are in the north east but our 24 hour Escort Service with 15 regional bases in the UK can safely move a young person, anywhere, anytime.
