The Company carry out superb work with youngsters considered difficult to place,
and who have been through a number of placements in fairly quick succession. We
do not give up easily.
The CARES Group is an accredited City and Guilds Training Centre with a
professional Social Work Student Unit and a growing capacity to provide in
house training. The Company is committed to a rolling programme of training for
all staff including a thorough induction and appraisal system.
Staff ratios to young people are maintained at a high level.
